Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Mix paint, reducer, and catalyst according to industry-standard ratios for various coatings.
• Utilize painting techniques, such as spraying, brushing, or rolling, to achieve the desired finish chosen by our clientele.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a secure work environment.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as an industrial painter in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of industry-standard mixing ratios for Paint, Reducer, and Catalyst.
• Familiarity with multiple industry-standard paint types, including acrylic, epoxy, polyester, polyurethane, and PTFE.
• Proficient in using painting tools and equipment, including spray guns, brushes, rollers, and related machinery.
• Attention to detail and an eye for precision in achieving high-quality finishes.
• Ability to work independently or as a team, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptable to changing project requirements and able to work efficiently under deadlines.
